Please post any other successful ideas you have to lose weight - lets get rid of the middle man and share our ideas - what worked for you?


  1. What works for me is protein and salad - sounds easy but I can only handle it for about 3 days.

  2. Long, long time ago... i did the scarsdale diet which is what they now call low carb but has bread - i'll try and find a link to put here. From Ginny.
